GENERAL RULES FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

Foreign students, European and non-European, are also admitted to Bachelor and Master degree courses:

Non-European candidates residing abroad are admitted to the enrolment in the Conservatory, depending on the number of enrolments to Bachelor and Master degree courses which is communicated yearly by the Conservatory to the Ministry for Education, University and Research and which is published on the sites: https://www.universitaly.it/studenti-stranieri

Candidates from the European Union, wherever they reside and their non-European equivalent and/or candidates regularly staying in Italy (see article 39, paragraph 5, Legislative Decree n 286 of 25 July 1998, as modified by article 26, Act 30 July 2002 n. 189 “Changes to rules about immigration and asylum”) can participate in the admission exams for the Conservatory without any limit in number.

According to the Protocol of the Ministry for Education, University and Research, of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and of the Ministry for Education n. 7802 of 24 March 2014 “Rules for foreign students university entrance”, the following kinds of candidates are put on the same level as EU students:

TAXES AND FEES FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

Foreign students have to pay taxes and fees according to the Rules for Taxes and Fees (Table H), as reported here below for the student’s ease: (Table 5)

ADSU fee (due from everyone) and government tax (only for resident foreign students) are in addition to the Institute fee. Stamp duty is included in the fee amount.

Taxes and fees due for the academic year 2023/2024 shall be paid in a single installment for the amounts up to € 300,00, in two installments for amounts € 300,01 to € 600,00 or in three installments for amounts larger than € 600,00. Students can also choose to pay in a single solution (or in two installments in case of three installments) when they enroll; other kinds of installments are not acceptable.

BACHELOR DEGREE COURSES AND MASTER DEGREE COURSES: ADMISSIONS

Candidates (Italian citizens, foreign citizens, Europeans and non-Europeans) who meet the requirements as specified in paragraph 4.2 of this document, are admitted to the admission exams and can apply for more than one academic course.

In order to be admitted to the admission exams, candidates have to fill in their application form on line, accessing the admission procedure on the institutional website, page “Servizi on line” of the Menu “Studenti” http://www.conservatoriopescara.it/area-studenti/servizi-online.html/ according to the procedures of the Admission Notice – Academic Year 2023-2024 and Attachment 2 which contains the instructions for the correct use of the on line procedure.

Applications received after the deadlines will not be accepted for the admission exams.

At the end of the admission procedures, if there are other places available for one or more courses, a new admission notice will be issued for an extraordinary session of new enrollments.
